Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate after‑sales support for customers, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.

  • Manage customer inquiries related to warranties, repairs, and maintenance services.

  • Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and after‑sales services using our internal software.

  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of customer requests.

  • Resolve customer complaints or escape them to management as needed.
