The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing large-scale civil, mechanical, and electrical projects valued over USD 350 million. Responsibilities include vendor management, budget planning, and delivering projects on time. The role requires a strong background in project execution and client relations. Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience:Minimum 15 years in the Oil & Gas Construction industry, with proven expertise in large-scale CME (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) projects.
• Strong exposure to vendor management, commercial and contractual terms, client relations, and leadership.
• Proven track record in delivering projects on schedule and within budget, with the ability to adapt plans as required.
• Skilled in project monitoring, reporting, change management, and client communicationon contractual and technical matters.
• Experience in business development activitiessuch as competitor analysis, strategic partnerships, and proposal support will be an added advantage.

1. Hail and Ghasha Development Project – Package 2 (Onshore Facilities, Ruwais)

• Client:ADNOC / Tecnimont S.p.A
• Scope:Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation works for greenfield facilities
• Contract Value:USD 712 million

2. Maximizing Ethane Recovery and Monetization (MERAM) Project – Package 2 (SP2), Habshan 5

• Client:ADNOC / Técnicas Reunidas – NMDC JV
• Scope:MEI and Civil works including Steel Structures, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, Insulation, Painting, etc.

Contract Value:USD 236million

Skills

• Must have handled Plant Piping Projectsvalued at USD 350 million or above, with at least 100,000 Inch Diaof piping execution.
• Demonstrated capability in managing projects from post-award to completion, including budget planning, resource forecasting, and execution control.
• Prior or current approval as PM
