Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ajman. As an English-speaking individual, you will provide administrative support to our company, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails
  • Coordinate with different departments and assist in various projects
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory
