Job summary

A leading firm in the UAE is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will gather and compile reports, verify data, and handle correspondence. Ideal candidates should have a degree or diploma and ideally 3 years of experience in administrative roles. Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills are essential for success. Qualifications

  • Ideally 3 years’ experience in Administrative roles.
  • Experience with office software programs such as email, word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, and databases.
  • Ability to set priorities and work both independently and in a team environment under deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Gathers statistics and data; reviews and combines this information into reports.
  • Verifies data gathered and distributes reports as directed.
  • Originates correspondence and reports not requiring immediate supervisor's attention.
  • Answers telephone, takes and relays messages, and sorts and distributes mail.
  • Maintains records of equipment and initiates service requests.
  • Coordinates physical space requirements for the assigned unit.
