Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Accommodation: Executive accommodation provided by the company in the labour camp
Reporting to: HR Manager
Location: Ras Al Khaimah UAE

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the company. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently handling various administrative tasks and managing employee and logistics support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visa Processing: Handle visa applications and related documentation for all company employees in coordination with the PRO and HR department.
  • Reception Duties: Manage front desk operations, answer phone calls, greet visitors and maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Vehicle & Driver Scheduling: Oversee and manage the daily scheduling of company vehicles and drivers for employee transport and logistics needs.
  • Labour Camp Management: Supervise and ensure the smooth functioning of company-provided labour accommodations including cleanliness maintenance and employee welfare.
  • Administrative Support: Assist HR and other departments with documentation, data entry, filing and correspondence as required.
  • Independence: Must be able to work independently, manage priorities and take ownership of routine administrative functions without constant supervision.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative or similar support role
  • Basic knowledge of visa application processes in the UAE
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in handling labour camp management is an advantage
  • Should be flexible to work extended hours if required
