Job summary

A reputable company in Dubai is seeking an Admin Manager for their Dubai office. The role involves managing day-to-day administration tasks, coordinating travel arrangements for directors and staff, and overseeing property management. Suitable candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree, at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, and good command of English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. This position may require travel outside the UAE and flexible working hours.

Job description

For a group of companies, we are looking for an Admin Manager to work in our Dubai office. The works involved are day to administration works, attending calls, preparing sales report, booking hotel, flight for overseas travels, (for the directors, staff and family of directors) management of the properties to include, tenancy contracts, payment from tenants, and day to day operations of the office.

Roles & Responsibility
  • Attending telephone calls, email communications and follow up
  • Managing the properties of the directors with the help of PRO team
  • Renewal, maintenance and follow up of properties
  • Sourcing hotels, flights, and trains for overseas travel for Directors, their families and staff management team.
  • Administration works of the office include printing and stationery procurements, update of all company documents and renewals etc
  • Follow up on all works assigned until they are completed.
  • New employee induction, time sheet records, and staff procurement.
  • Coordinating with admin team of other regions
  • Office management
  • Any administration work as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
Skills
  • 5 years as admin manager or supervisor
  • Female candidates with experience preferred.
  • Good English Command is required
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Excel and Word and PowerPoint, etc
  • Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel outside the UAE and work after office hours due to difference in time.
  • Energetic, follows instructions and presentable with strong communication
