As we continue our exciting growth plans, we seek talented people to join us. We are currently hiring a dynamic Accountant, responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable, maintaining accurate financial records as per the set standards.

Responsibilities
  • Invoice Management: Accurately prepare and issue tax invoices to customers while ensuring prompt delivery.
  • Payment Processing: Handle incoming payments, including checks, electronic transfers, and credit card transactions, to maintain financial records.
  • Daily Reconciliation: Conduct daily reconciliations of cash, cheque, and credit card transactions to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Accounts Payables: Reconcile payments with accounts payable records and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Having good command of dealing with Online Travel Agents.
  • Experience in submission of VAT return as per the UAE law.
  • Financial Support: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and landlord statement, reconcile sub-ledgers with the general ledger, address inquiries, and leverage excellent bookkeeping knowledge to maintain financial integrity.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the line manager as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • 2 - 3 years of UAE experience in accounting, preferably within holiday homes or property management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Odoo Books or any other ERP.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational ability.
  • Immediate joining.
  • Hands‑on experience in dealing with Property management tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data analysis).
