Responsibilities
  • Accurately prepare reports on financial performance using data from general ledger systems such as QuickBooks and other software applications
  • Prepare balance sheets, income statements, financial statements, tax returns and other documents as required
  • Analyze financial information to prepare entries into accounts such as general ledger accounts and document business transactions
  • Analyze trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments & obligation incurred to predict future revenue & expenses
  • Reconcile bank accounts on regular basis
  • Assist other departments with budget preparation & forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting role
  • Strong analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
