Position Overview

We are seeking a smart and capable Account Manager Russian Speaker to join our dynamic B2B team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or business development roles. Prior experience in the iGaming Software or Crypto industries will be highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build nurture and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts ensuring satisfaction and longterm engagement.
    • Proactively identify client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Account Management
    • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client growth and retention.
    • Monitor client performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize their success.
    • Resolve client issues promptly and effectively ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
  • Collaboration and Coordination
    • Collaborate with internal teams including product marketing and support to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing success.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams to address product or platform queries.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Track account performance using CRM tools such as Monday Salesforce or Zoho CRM.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations to update clients on progress and performance.
    • Stay informed about market trends and industry updates to provide valuable insights to clients.
Key Qualifications
  • Experience
    • At least 2 years of experience in account management, customer success management (CSM), client relationship management (CRM) or business development management (BDM).
    • Previous exposure to the iGaming software or cryptocurrency industries is highly desirable.
  • Technical Proficiency
    • Familiarity with CRM tools like Monday, Salesforce, Zoho CRM or similar platforms.
    • Knowledge of iGaming platforms, payment gateways, blockchain tools or other B2B products and services is a strong advantage.
