About the Role

Are you a sales‑driven Account Manager who knows how to turn strong relationships into serious revenue? As an Account Manager for the MENA region (based in Dubai), you will be the driving force behind growing our existing customer base and ensuring our clients get maximum value from the Botpress platform.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Revenue Growth & Strategy: Manage and expand a portfolio of existing customers, driving revenue growth through upselling, cross‑selling, and strategic renewals.
  • Tier Expansion: Focus on supporting the expansion of Botpress accounts to higher‑tier plans to increase our ARR footprint.
  • Contract Conversion: Proactively identify customers on month‑to‑month "Pay‑As‑You‑Go" plans and close them on committed annual plans.
  • Cloud Migration: Execute strategies to migrate the maximum amount of ARR to the Botpress cloud.
  • Relationship & Pipeline Management: Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers, ensuring they view Botpress as a critical partner in their AI strategy.
  • Pipeline Mastery: Forecast, report, and manage your sales pipeline efficiently in our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to provide consultative value to clients regarding Generative AI and automation.
Qualifications
  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales‑focused account management or B2B sales (SaaS, PaaS, or tech‑enabled services required).
  • Track Record: Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Agility: Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Arabic required.
  • Business Acumen: Proactive, goal‑oriented mindset with strong business acumen.
  • Passion for AI: Passion for Conversational AI, automation, and emerging tech.
