Role & Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
  • Collaborate with senior management to align client expectations with company capabilities
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through value-added solutions
  • Coordinate internally across teams to deliver seamless client service
  • Monitor account performance and report on progress, challenges, and opportunities
  • Travel as required within the GCC to support client needs and maintain relationships
  • Act as a professional and reliable representative of the company at all times
