In this role, you will primarily focus on renewal upsell, winning new business, and developing allocated strategic accounts across the Middle East region.
Key Responsibilities
- Be seen by clients as the face of Omdia Intelligence & Advisory
- Serve as the principal commercial contact between Omdia and your assigned customer/prospect base
- Maintain and develop relationships within your customer/prospect base
- Optimize sales revenue and growth from your accounts to ensure high customer retention
- Develop new business and revenue from targeted accounts
- Promote the value of products and services, identifying additional opportunities
- Expand the geographic and demographic reach of your products within your accounts
- Ensure major customers have contract terms reflecting the preferred business model
- Contribute to your division's objectives and meet personal targets
Key Activities
- Deliver new business and revenue growth

- Promote Omdia's product range including syndicated research and consulting
- Maintain active pipeline with clear close rates
- Accurately record activities in Salesforce
- Engage regularly with decision-makers
- Promote the value of solutions and understand customer challenges
- Initiate contract renewal discussions
- Increase account usage and influence
- Ensure timely training and onboarding
- Act as a Trusted Advisor and deepen industry knowledge
- Utilize sales tools effectively
- Record all sales activity properly
- Maintain account plans and report progress
Qualifications and Skills
- Embrace new sales skills to understand client goals
- Experience in regional sales/account management
- Experience selling analyst services, especially in telecoms/IT, is highly regarded
- Results-driven with excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic, confident, and capable of challenging customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
