Job Title: Account Manager

Job Summary
Plans and executes sales and business development initiatives to drive revenue growth. Achieves company sales objectives through effective promotion of products and services. Manages key accounts and maintains strong client relationships. Works closely with product support teams to introduce new products and services in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Report functionally to the Country Manager and support the development and execution of marketing strategies, sales initiatives and performance objectives in line with the Management Plan.
- Define target markets and client segments, identify high-potential customers, and implement strategies to maximize market share, revenue, pricing and overall profitability.
- Drive sales growth and expand the DF and DWM products and services portfolio with both existing and prospective clients.
- Build, manage and sustain strong relationships with key and existing accounts to ensure long-term customer satisfaction, retention and repeat business.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and deal closure.
- Identify, engage and develop new customers to expand the company’s market presence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving contractual issues and providing effective commercial support.
- Work closely with clients to understand their operational requirements and technical challenges, and develop tailored solutions using the company’s DF and DWM offerings.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality technical proposals and presentations that clearly articulate the value proposition of the company’s products and services.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams — operations, product support, technical and finance — to ensure seamless execution of projects, orders and product launches in the UAE market.
- Set, monitor and track sales targets, provide accurate forecasts and regular performance reports.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the Country Manager.
- Accurately and timely report monthly sales statistics and report to management.
- Demonstrate full commitment to the company’s Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) strategy by complying with all company policies, safety rules, legal requirements and local authority standards.
- Actively promote a strong QHSE culture through leadership, leading by example, organizing training sessions and chairing QHSE meetings as required.
- Participate in QHSE audits within the area of responsibility to ensure safe, compliant and environmentally responsible operations.
Requirements
- 8 years of technical and sales experience, preferably in Drilling Waste Management and Drilling Fluids in the UAE market.
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma holder.
