Key Responsibilities:

Client Leadership & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for key clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust, performance, and strategic insight.
  • Understand clients business objectives, market challenges, and industry dynamics to provide proactive solutions.
  • Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing, advertising, and communications campaigns.
  • Lead client presentations, business reviews, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop strategic recommendations and campaign roadmaps aligned with client goals.
  • Collaborate with planning, creative, digital, PR, and production teams to craft cohesive, insight-driven strategies.
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment with market positioning across all communication touchpoints.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth and innovation opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional account team to deliver excellence.
  • Foster collaboration across disciplines to ensure seamless execution.
  • Allocate resources efficiently and oversee team performance, workload, and development.
  • Promote a positive, solution-oriented, and accountable team culture.
  • Oversee budgeting, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Identify and pursue upselling opportunities within existing accounts.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
