2026 Graduate Talent Program - Global Banking - Dubai

Your role
Interested in a career in finance, specifically in banking, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint? We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Global Banking Graduate Talent Program starting 14 July 2026.

You'll get to:

• evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions
• prepare industry analyses for pitches
• participate in financial modelling and valuation exercises
• conduct market and company analyses, creating corresponding marketing materials
• get involved in the execution of live deals

Your team
You'll be working in our Global Banking team in Dubai. We're responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.

Your expertise
We're looking for a candidate who:

• is graduating between 2024 and June 2026
• has or is on track for at least a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in their first undergraduate degree
• has familiarity with the MENA region through personal or professional exposure
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
