Job description
Main Purpose of Job: An energetic leader with a passion for sales, and to achieve targets.
The successful candidate will be driven to achieve volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction targets as set by the manufacturer and group.
Furthermore, ensure a high performance-driven team.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Qualifications in sales and/or marketing would be an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years sales management experience
- Proven track record of leading a team to exceed car sales targets
- Proven track record of evaluating trade-ins
- Valid driver's license
- Exceptional communication skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Target driven
- Clear criminal record
- Computer literate
- Experience with OEM Systems and Evolve would be preferred
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self-management
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure Vehicle Sales Target and Profitability are met
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies
- Manage Sales Team for High Performance Culture
