• Establish and articulate client's business needs and develop solutions.
• Secure business and maintain high levels of after-sales customer care.
• Lead relationship building initiatives with Principal Vendors including pricing negotiations.
• Achieve annual revenue and sales targets.
• Convert sales opportunities into wins and track billing.
• Advise on appropriate solution pricing schedules.
• Collaborate with other business units to identify market opportunities.
• Manage business risk and ensure highest ethical standards.
• Oversee relationships with service providers and partners.
