4. Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and prolong equipment and facility lifespan.
5. Manage maintenance supplies and equipment inventory, maintaining adequate stock levels.
6. Prepare and maintain maintenance schedules and records using Microsoft Excel.
7. Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or projects.
8. Being able to work with the Project Manager for the properties on new projects and repairs.
9. Monitor maintenance expenses, adhering to budgetary constraints.
10. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures during maintenance activities.
11. Mentor maintenance staff to enhance skills and performance.
12. Manage administrative tasks such as email correspondence, and staff scheduling.
