Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Agent to join our growing team. The Field Sales Agent will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects to sell our products or services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. This role requires frequent travel to various locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential customers
• Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers
• Close sales and achieve quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer information
• Collaborate with team members, including sales and marketing departments, to achieve sales goals
  
  

Qualifications

• Matric (50% average)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing environments
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• residing in Middelburg or surrounding areas
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed
