About the Role:

We’re looking for a Lead Generation / Engagement Specialist with the strategic thinking of a go-to-market (GTM) engineer. You’ll own the top of our funnel, building prospect lists, crafting killer outreach, and sparking the kinds of conversations that turn into business. You’ll be working closely with our small team to bring in new leads, connect with high-value clients, and integrate AI-powered tools and grow strategic accounts by making our marketing smarter, faster and more effective.

This is a fast-paced, outbound-heavy role — perfect for someone who thrives on energy, learns fast, and wants to grow into a future leadership or account management role.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Prospecting and list-building (would be ideal if you’ve done it for clients before)
  • Cold outreach via LinkedIn DMs and email — we want a non AI written human, clever tone
  • Managing responses, nurturing conversations, and booking intro calls
  • Supporting account managers with insights and updates from prospects
  • Designing and executing our go-to-market strategies for new services and client campaigns
  • A/B testing subject lines and message formats to improve results
  • Advising on copy and strategy — we’re looking for a thinker, not a robot
  • Using AI automation tools to streamline prospecting and optimise campaigns
  • Translating technical/AI concepts into clear, client-friendly benefits and content
  • Creating sales enablement assets — decks, playbooks, and messaging that help win business
  • Analysing campaign performance and using insights to refine market approach
  • Collaborating with the founders and creative team to align on positioning, offers, and launch timing

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

This role provides a unique opportunity for a proactive and driven individual with 1-2years work experience. We are looking for applicants who have:

  • English as a first language (tone, timing, and nuance really matter here)
  • Experience in cold outreach — ideally running your own agency or freelancing
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and outbound sales tools
  • Strategic thinker who enjoys communicating, consulting and advising
  • Passion for AI & automation — you follow the trends, understand the tools, and know how to apply them commercially
  • Nice energy, high work rate, self-starter mindset
  • Ambition to move up and grow into a management role in the next 2–3 years
  • Bold communicator: confident, funny, sharp — and we don’t mind just a little arrogant

Qualifications:

We’re open to all backgrounds — but you’ll likely thrive in this role if you have:

  • 2–5 years’ experience in lead generation, cold outreach, or outbound sales
  • Proven results with LinkedIn DMs and/or cold email campaigns
  • Experience using CRM and outreach tools (e.g. HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (native or near-native)
  • Bonus: Experience running your own agency or freelance outreach services
