Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage R&D projects from concept through to commercialization.
  • Identify market trends, technological advancements, and customer needs to guide innovation.
  • Develop product roadmaps in collaboration with marketing, product, and engineering teams.
  • Oversee prototype development, testing, and validation.
