Role: Senior Customer Success Manager - Johannesburg based - fully remote
A global Microsoft Teams integration specialist, supporting over 600,000 users worldwide, delivers workplace transformation for the modern enterprise. Specialising in contact centre solutions (CCaaS) and enterprise communications, they simplify collaboration through a unique single-vendor approach. Their industry-leading OPTO solutions—natively integrated into Microsoft Teams and hosted in Azure—connect and empower workforces everywhere.

Hours: 1 pm – 9 pm SA time | Global Clients: Primarily US

Work remotely from Johannesburg, collaborate with global teams, and make a direct impact on client success in a high-growth, innovative and collaborative environment.

We’re seeking a passionate, experienced Customer Success Manager to support enterprise clients worldwide. You’ll drive adoption, retention, and expansion of Microsoft Teams-based UCaaS, CPaaS, and Contact Center solutions.
Role Highlights:

  • Part of Customer Success strategy
  • Own the customer lifecycle – onboarding, engagement, health tracking, and success planning.
  • Act as trusted advisor to key enterprise accounts, ensuring maximum value and satisfaction.
  • Identify and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve customer outcomes and reduce churn.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Support, Product, and Marketing to deliver a world-class experience.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years in a Customer Success / Account Management or Customer Relations role with proven success within SaaS, UCaaS, Cloud Comms, CCaaS or Voice solutions essential.
  • Proven track record in enterprise account management, retention, and growth.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams/UCaaS and Customer Success tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
