• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Professional Certification: CA(SA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent (mandatory).

• Advanced Degree (preferred): Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years in financial management, including 5 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Strong technical experience in budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and audit compliance.

  • Previous experience in sectors such as security services, logistics, or related industries is advantageous.

• Demonstrated integrity and ethical conduct in financial dealings.

• Strong leadership with a proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate teams.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex financial data into strategic decisions.

• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
