The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with partners to identify and develop business opportunities related to Omnicomm’s solutions.
  • Lead the technical aspects of the sales process, from product presentations and solution demonstrations to deployment and ongoing support.
  • Conduct POCs and oversee onboarding processes for new partners, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our products.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to streamline the sales process and enhance partner relationships.
  • Participate in client and partner meetings, delivering impactful presentations, webinars, and representing Omnicomm at exhibitions.
  • Provide training and demonstrations to partners, either on-site or remotely, to ensure they are well-equipped to utilize our solutions.
  • Develop and refine technical documentation, presentations, training materials, and case studies to support sales efforts.
  • Engage in the creation and enhancement of standardized solutions and localized documentation.
  • Supervise and support POCs, tests, and equipment configurations to meet partner requirements.
  • Offer technical support for customizations, integrations, and new feature development as needed.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to provide second-layer support when necessary.

Ideal Profile

  • Technical Higher Education in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering or technical roles.
  • Fluent spoken English (B2 or higher) is essential, knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with fuel and fleet monitoring equipment is advantageous.
  • Proficient in office software, including PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
