Stefanutti Stocks Africa is looking for a Site Administrator to join our team.

Applicant will have to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and large amounts of information efficiently.

The candidate will have to address challenges and make decisions to keep projects on track.

A meticulous approach to documentation, reporting, and tracking to ensure accuracy and compliance, and the ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with project Directors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Performing data entry, managing hard copy and digital filing systems, and maintaining records of the project.
  • Document Control: Sorting, maintaining, and preparing project-related documents, records, and drawings.
  • Project Coordination: Supporting project Director by planning schedules, coordinating resources, and monitoring project progressmunication.
  • munication: Answering enquiries, liaising with contractors, suppliers, and clients, and taking minutes at meetings.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in breaking down large projects into smaller tasks, creating workflows, and assigning responsibilities to team members.
  • Scheduling & Timelines: Create and manage project calendars and timelines, ensuring tasks are completed and deadlines are met.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and other necessary recordsmunication.
