Job summary
A healthcare services provider is looking for a Handyman to ensure all equipment and services remain functional. Responsibilities include handling technical jobs, administrative duties, and maintaining client relations. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of building maintenance experience, a Grade 10 qualification, and a driver's license. This position is on-site in Cape Town.

- 5 years' experience in building maintenance and repair (skilled) or Mediclinic qualified.
- Driver's license is essential.
- Mediclinic Technical Assistant Development Programme is desired.

- Perform technical jobs within the Locality
- Perform administration duties within the technical function
- Identify and mitigate technical risks within the Locality
- Coordinate work performed by on-site contractors within the Locality
- Maintain client and stakeholder relations within the technical function
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 10 or equivalent technical vocational qualification

- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
