About the job Senior Multimedia Designer
Hybrid position
- Relevant 3 year degree / Diploma
- 6-8 years experience in branding of which2-4 years is in multimedia design
- Working in multinational tech companies preferable
- Experience in enhancing the branding of software product or service through multimedia platforms ideal
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop multimedia ideas and content such as animations, illustrations, video and audio in collaboration with designers, leads and copywriters to produce high quality and efficient multimedia content to align with the brand specification, client messaging requirements that clearly communicate our brand to the target audience
- Capture, edit and manipulate audio and visual multimedia content to ensure that all content fits within specified brand and legal requirements whilst maintaining brand integrity
- Develop storyboards for animations, video production & others to provide a sequential framework for the multimedia content
- Analyse and shortlist multimedia content against storyboards to create a narrative and content options for the final product.
- Capture and influence the stakeholder requirements to ensure clarity of media content.
- Archive all design work appropriately as per templates and archiving systems to create a repository of multimedia content for future use.
- Manage workflow (which includes multiple projects at one time) to ensure delivery of social media content in accordance with product schedules, budgets, and creative goals.
- Creates and drives a technical delivery plans for the multimedia content delivery service to support the branding strategy execution plan
- Plan the creation of multimedia content to ensure the correct timeline gets allocated to each brief depending on their individual priorities.
- Align and implement the multimedia content delivery practices to ensure adherence to the Branding team's processes, tools, methods, standards.
- Research latest media techniques and multimedia design ideas and apply them in daily activities to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiencies.
- Advise and guide junior team members throughout their creative journey.
- Maintain a stakeholder map and continuously align with stakeholders on the value provided and the required brand content delivery agreements.
