A leading pathology provider in South Africa is seeking a Casual Scientific Officer to participate in laboratory operations, perform microbiology tasks, and ensure quality compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Laboratory Science and relevant experience in microbiology. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential. This role requires flexibility and participation in weekend shifts.
We are seeking a Casual Scientific Officer to join our dedicated team within Glenside, SA. Your role will be to participate in the day-to-day operation of the laboratory, working as part of a dedicated team.
Duties include microbiology work, maintenance of instrumentation and equipment, and compliance with accreditation and quality assurance requirements. The preferred applicants will be flexible, punctual, self-motivated, display initiative and be able to work with minimal supervision.
