Job Title: Senior Digital Project Manager

Location: Remote (Preferred from Geo B or C cities like Indianapolis, Dallas, Atlanta)

Contract Duration: 6+ Months

Department: Agentforce Product Marketing

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager to join the Agentforce Product Marketing team at Salesforce. This individual will lead and execute digital initiatives across Salesforce.com and affiliated web properties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in managing digital projects in fast-paced environments using CMS tools and Agile methodologies.

This role is critical to ensuring timely delivery of high-quality digital experiences that align with marketing and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end digital projects including site updates, landing pages, and campaign launches.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI, content, development, SEO, analytics, and localization.
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet) to maintain timelines, allocate resources, and track deliverables.
• Lead daily stand-ups, resolve blockers, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects meet QA, accessibility, and performance standards prior to deployment.
• Manage web content updates using CMS platforms such as WordPress or Adobe Experience Manager.
• Monitor site performance and prioritize incoming change requests or bug fixes.
• Support operational efficiency through process improvements and tooling.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in digital project management, preferably in a B2B or technology environment.
• Hands-on experience with web content management systems (e.g., WordPress, AEM, Drupal).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with web development workflows, SEO, web analytics, and responsive design.
• Ability to triage requests based on urgency and business impact.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise or global environments.
• Certification in Agile, Scrum, or PMP.
• Knowledge of Salesforce products or related ecosystem.
