Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about our products and services to potential and existing customers
- Upsell and cross-sell our services to customers to generate sales leads
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
- Document customer interactions and record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate person or department
- Follow up with users / learners to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- You should have excellent efficiency in English in all spectrum
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills are essential
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills will be an asset
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with a calm and constructive approach.
- Ability to effectively manage time and multi-task to accomplish objectives
- Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative approach to work is necessary
- Experience with CRM software and phone systems is an added advantage
