Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide information about our products and services to potential and existing customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell our services to customers to generate sales leads
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
  • Document customer interactions and record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate person or department
  • Follow up with users / learners to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
  • You should have excellent efficiency in English in all spectrum
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills are essential
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills will be an asset
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with a calm and constructive approach.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and multi-task to accomplish objectives
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative approach to work is necessary
  • Experience with CRM software and phone systems is an added advantage
