Senior RF Antenna Design Lead
Job summary
A leading technology company in South Africa is seeking a Senior Antenna Designer to lead the development of innovative RF products. The role involves engaging with clients to finalize design requirements, collaborating with manufacturing teams, and overseeing the complete design process. The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree in Electronic Engineering, at least 8 years of relevant experience, and expertise in MS Office, MATLAB, and 3D CEM tools. Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in antenna design and signal conditioning RF circuits.
- Expert-level proficiency in MS Office, MATLAB, and FEKO or similar 3D CEM tools.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to determine their design requirements.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to ensure design specifications are met.
- Lead projects, providing expert guidance and oversight.
- Design and develop innovative antenna products and RF systems.
- Produce comprehensive reports and participate in training initiatives.
