Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering consulting projects, managing client engagements from inception to closure. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, highly organized, detail-oriented, quality-conscious, and possesses excellent communication skills. You will utilize existing methodologies and templates for effective project execution and have opportunities to improve processes and templates.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years’ experience managing a portfolio of projects
• Establish and maintain relationships with product delivery, sales teams, clients, and account managers
• Plan and execute multiple projects
• Ensure projects deliver promised business value and ROI
• Build rapport and manage client relationships effectively
• Manage escalations, variations, and project complexities
• Utilize established frameworks for project execution, client handling, resource utilization, and mentoring

Mandatory Skills

• Leadership and mentoring throughout the project lifecycle
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with project management tools
• Knowledge of SDLC delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks and portfolio/product management
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, MS Server
• Industry certifications such as PMP, Prince2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, CSPO

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of Primavera, Clarity, Jira, Confluence
• Experience in Banking & Financial Services domain
• Exposure to Azure cloud services
