A leading recruitment agency is searching for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a dynamic company in Gqeberha. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably in the FMCG or agribusiness sectors. - Oversee group-wide financial consolidation and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
- Manage capital structure, funding strategies, and relationships with financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with national and international regulations, tax laws, and governance standards.
- Liaise with auditors, regulators, and stakeholders to maintain transparency and accountability.
- Provide financial oversight and strategic guidance to subsidiaries, aligning goals with group objectives.
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization across the group.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Promote ethical leadership and uphold company values in all financial practices.
