Ideally but not essentially you will have experience in a nursing home environment working to a high standard along with a passion about the care you provide. Charlton Kings is a friendly family run nursing home providing 24-hour safe and dignified care for our residents. We are looking for a motivated person who genuinely cares about looking after vulnerable adults with significant health needs.
We are looking for someone who is caring, promotes dignity and demonstrates compassion at the forefront of everything they do. Your passion and attitude towards providing care for people is as important as any qualification.
