We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join a leading fine dining restaurant in Stellenbosch on a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will assist in delivering exceptional dishes that reflect creativity, precision, and consistency in line with the restaurant’s high culinary standards.
Requirements
- Culinary qualification or relevant professional certificate.
- 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within an upmarket or fine dining kitchen.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and discipline.
- Passionate about food quality, presentation, and continuous improvement.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
