Job summary

Brown & Brown is seeking a Program Manager – Infrastructure & Operations Portfolio to lead enterprise technology initiatives across cloud services, networking, and ITSM. This role includes portfolio governance, executive reporting, and a leadership function for Project Managers, ensuring delivery aligns with business priorities.

The candidate will drive large-scale transformations, partner with executives, and ensure operational readiness, security, and compliant delivery across the I&O

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT program or portfolio management, including Infra & Operations initiatives.
• Experience leading or mentoring Project Managers and delivery teams.
• Experience with cloud services, networking, compute, storage, ITSM, and operation models.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio governance, executive reporting, and decision-making frameworks.
• Directly lead complex Infrastructure & Operations projects end-to-end.
• Mentor and develop a team of Project Managers and delivery teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to manage dependencies.
