Superior Group of Companies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Infrastructure to own our enterprise infrastructure, including network, compute, storage, data protection, IT operations, and end-user services.

You will lead a globally distributed team across the US, India, and Vietnam and report to the CIO. The role offers a mix of remote work and occasional on-site requirements, with a focus on developing leaders for broader IT leadership.

Competenze

Career rooted in networking and infrastructure management.
8+ years in infrastructure with 4–5 years in people leadership.
Deep hands-on expertise in switching, firewalls, routing, wireless, SD‑WAN, and voice.
Solid data center ops including servers, storage, virtualization, and backup/recovery.
Proven track record of building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
Influence and collaboration skills to drive decisions across functions.

Mansioni

Own and lead networking, data center, and IT operations across on-prem and cloud.
Manage end-user services, ITSM, endpoint management, and MS 365 administration.
Lead a globally distributed team and develop future IT leaders.
Plan and validate Business Continuity/DR strategies, capacity, and disaster recovery.
Partner with CIO and business leaders to align IT with corporate objectives.
