SpiceOrb is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead remote, large-scale Enterprise Infrastructure, Network Engineering, Data Center, and Cloud projects from initiation through completion. You will define scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

You will drive planning, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and vendor collaboration while balancing multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
• Proven ability to manage network infrastructure projects including LAN/WAN upgrades and security.
• Experience with Data Center migration and transformation projects.
• Experience with Cloud engineering projects including migrations and infrastructure provisioning.

Infrastructure Project Manager

Remote Experienced Network, Data Center Migration, Cloud Project Manager Lead planning and execution of small to large-scale enterprise Infrastructure, Network Engineering, Data Center, and Cloud Engineering projects from initiation through completion.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, scope, priorities, milestones, risks, and key deliverables to ensure successful project delivery. Demonstrated experience managing network infrastructure projects, including LAN/WAN, network upgrades, security, load balancers, and related enterprise infrastructure initiatives.

Experience managing Data Center migration and transformation projects, including infrastructure planning, application coordination, implementation, cutover, and stabilization.

Experience managing Cloud Engineering and Cloud Infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations, infrastructure provisioning, connectivity, security, and coordination across Cloud/DevOps and application teams. Drive issue resolution and problem-solving, proactively addressing roadblocks, risks, and issues to keep projects on track. Prepare and deliver clear project status reports, communications, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership at all levels. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align on project timelines, resources, priorities, and delivery objectives. Effectively manage multiple projects while balancing competing priorities, timelines, and resources.

Lead productive project meetings, clearly defining objectives, actions, owners, and outcomes.

Break down complex initiatives into actionable activities using hybrid project management and Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive incremental progress and feedback. Demonstrate strong understanding of infrastructure technology and confidently participate in technical discussions with Network, Cloud, Data Center, Systems, Storage, Security, DevOps, and Application Engineering teams to effectively lead project delivery. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, resolve conflicts, manage relationships, and drive successful project outcomes.
