Job summary
A law firm specializing in immigration is seeking Immigration Attorneys to prepare and file employment-based immigration cases. Candidates must reside in Florida, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of immigration processes. Responsibilities include diligently preparing legal documents, managing client communications, and staying updated on immigration legislation. A Juris Doctor degree and bar admission is required, along with experience in EB1, EB2-NIW, and RFEs being a plus.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience with EB1, EB2-NIW, O-1, and RFEs is a plus.
- Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus.
- High-level organizational skills needed.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills essential.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and file employment-based immigration cases for clients.
- Stay updated on legislative changes affecting immigration.
- Train clients on legal topics and immigration law updates.
- Manage projects and deadlines effectively.
