Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with 2–3 years of U.S. immigration law experience.
• Ability to manage cases independently and walk into hearings prepared.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage family-based, SIJS, asylum, and humanitarian cases.
• Communicate with clients on a daily basis.
• Draft filings and legal documents.
• Attend USCIS interviews and court hearings when needed.
• Collaborate with the team in a supportive, organized environment.
• Provide weekly case status update reports to management.
• Prepare, print, assemble, and coordinate submission of paper-filed applications and court packages as needed.
