Qualifications

• Active membership in good standing with a state bar.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience practicing law, focused on immigration litigation.
• Proven experience in immigration courts and administrative proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality legal representation in immigration court and before USCIS.
• Manage diverse immigration caseload, ensuring preparation for hearings.
• Advocate vigorously in court and negotiations with authorities.
