Candidates with entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership, and a record of developing corporate relationships will excel. Remote candidates considered; Dallas preferred; US bar admission required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employment-based/business immigration experience.
• H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM, I-140 experience preferred.
• No billable-hour requirement.

I'm working on an unposted search for a growing immigration practice looking to add an experienced Employment-Based Immigration Attorney to its team.

This is a particularly interesting opportunity for an attorney who wants more than a traditional production-focused role. The position offers the chance to help build and grow an expanding business immigration platform, work directly with leadership, and take on meaningful client-facing and business-development responsibilities.

• $100K to $130K+ base salary, depending on experience
• No billable-hour requirement
• Dallas preferred, but remote candidates will be considered
• Any U.S. state bar admission
