Job summary

Lisinski Law Firm seeks a Sr Staff Attorney to independently draft and review standard immigration applications, motions, briefs, and client communications. You will coordinate with staff attorneys, paralegals, and support teams to ensure accurate filings and timely hearings while maintaining high professional standards.

You will mentor junior attorneys, offer technical guidance, and translate complex immigration requirements into practical, client-centered strategies.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• 1–3 years of post-JD immigration law experience; proficiency in drafting, document review and client communication.
• Experience preparing and reviewing immigration filings; humanitarian immigration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review standard immigration applications, motions, briefs, and client communications.
• Coordinate with staff attorneys, paralegals, and support teams to ensure timely filings and coverage.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff; escalate complex issues to supervising counsel.
