Job summary

Lisinski Law Firm is seeking an Operations Associate to support the Legal Operations Department by coordinating between operations and legal teams, triaging client inquiries, and maintaining scripts and resources. This role serves as a legal SME for projects and requires immigration law experience.

Ideal candidates have a J.D. from an ABA-approved school, 3–6+ years in immigration, and familiarity with case management software, with a focus on keeping families together and ensuring policy

Qualifications

• Requires J.D. from ABA-approved law school and active state bar.
• 3–6+ years of immigration experience.
• Experience using a case management software system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle client escalations independently and escalate questions to legal leadership following SOPs.
• Escalate firm risk and policy-related questions to legal leadership for review and resolution.
• Maintain scripts, FAQs, and client communication processes; ensure alignment with USCIS guidance.
• Surface refunds or contract issues to the appropriate owners and route sensitive client escalations appropriately.
• Collaborate with Staff Attorneys to keep up-to-date legal guidance and document changes to USCIS policy.
• Support process documentation and continuous improvement within the department.
