Job summary

IWG is seeking a Community Associate to support customers and grow the local center community. You will handle daily administrative tasks, assist with events, and ensure accurate service delivery so clients can focus on their business.

You will interact with diverse customers, manage inquiries, and maintain a welcoming environment across a busy workspace. The role emphasizes strong service, teamwork and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Ownership of problems and ability to resolve them.
• Positive, enthusiastic and adaptable to change.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Help create and maintain a welcoming community in the center for customers.
• Handle administrative and support tasks so customers can run their business.
• Assist guests with WiFi, packages, directions and projector setup.
• Process invoices, print materials, and manage service tickets.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager on events and postings.
