Job summary

IWG is seeking a Community Associate for their Winfield center to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the community within the center. You will handle administrative tasks, assist customers during the day, and support events and networking activities to foster a vibrant workspace.

You will work closely with the Community Manager to organize events, manage inquiries, and ensure accurate invoicing and ticketing.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Positive, enthusiastic and adaptable to fast-changing situations
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with a variety of inquiries and requests throughout the day
• Help customers with setup tasks (WiFi code, directions, projector, coffee) and ensure proper invoicing
• Coordinate with Community Manager on events and network activities
• Open tickets in the service portal to address issues in the center
• Ensure the center is tidy and labeled for end-of-day shutdown
