Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Eligible to work legally in the United States and 18+

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with day-to-day needs and inquiries
• Set up rooms, WiFi codes, projectors, and directions for meetings
• Process invoices and ensure accurate charges in the service portal
• Support networking events and maintain community spaces
