Job summary

IWG is seeking a Community Associate to assist customers and nurture the center community. You will handle day-to-day operations, support events, and ensure services are delivered smoothly.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multi-tasking, and a proactive approach to solving problems. You will work closely with the Community Manager to support networking events, center administration, and customer inquiries, while maintaining a welcoming, well-organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and ability to build relationships with customers.
• Able to take ownership of problems and drive to resolution.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to ensure a smooth center experience.
• Set up rooms and equipment (projector, Wi‑Fi codes) for meetings.
• Process invoices and ensure accurate service charges.
• Assist with event planning and community networking activities.
• Maintain center appearance and manage day-to-day operations.
