IWG is seeking a Community Associate in Jacksonville to help create a welcoming center environment for customers across diverse industries. You will manage daily community needs, assist with inquiries, and ensure services are delivered smoothly to support customers in running their business.

In this role you will coordinate events, handle front-desk tasks, and work with the Community Manager to maintain an active, well-organized space that reflects IWG’s commitment to flexibility and convenience.

Qualifications

• Good communication and relationship-building with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent service.
• Willingness to own and solve problems as they arise.
• Positive attitude, adaptability and quick learning in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
