Job summary

IWG is seeking a Community Associate to support customers and maintain a thriving center community. You will handle a range of administrative tasks, assist with setup and inquiries, and contribute to a welcoming, productive environment.

You will engage with clients, coordinate events, manage service requests, and ensure accurate invoicing while fostering strong relationships in a fast-paced workspace network.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to take ownership of problems and solve them.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers across industries and help maintain your center's community.
• Handle administrative and support needs for customers to keep their business running smoothly.
• Assist with Wi‑Fi code changes, package inquiries, directions, and projector setup.
• Ensure services are properly charged and invoices are accurate.
• Plan and coordinate networking events in your center and send e-invites.
• Create, print and put up posters for events and keep the center organized.
